where can I purchase NNCHANTED products?

our products are currently only available on our website.

 

do you ship internationally?

in the meantime we only ship to addresses in Singapore. however we will be expanding our reach to our international friends soon, so do keep a lookout for it.

 

where is NNCHANTED products from?

our products are handmade in Thailand and the materials are sourced globally.

 

can I wear NNCHANTED to the shower?

our products can withstand light splashes but we recommend that you do not prolong water exposure as harsh chemicals may damage/tarnish your beautiful pieces.

 

 I accidentally wrote the wrong address. can I change my order details?

please inform us as soon as you realise via customer@nnchanted.com change of address is on a case by case basis depending on whether our logistics partner has dispatched your order.

 

how long does it take for my order to be processed?

all orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekend & public holidays).

 

how long does delivery take?

delivery typically takes 2-3 business days (excluding weekend & public holidays) after being processed.

 

do you offer refunds?

we are unable to offer refunds. all sales are final. please note, NNCHANTED reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds. 

in the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact customer@nnchanted.com within 48 hours of receipt. customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. 

 

do you offer exchanges?

exchange is allowed within 14 days from the date of purchase for the cases that:

  • a wrong model was sent;
  • a defective, damaged, or non-functional item due to manufacturing defect or delivery mishandling; or 
  • missing parts or incomplete package.
  • we reserve the right not to accept the exchange or return after that period.
  • you are required to return the product in the original condition with its original package, labels, no visible signs of wear or use, and other associated items received along with a proof of purchase.
  • you are required to bear the costs of return shipment and have it delivered to our logistics address within 14 days of purchase.
  • submit your exchange request to customer@nnchanted.com with your order number or drop us a dm on IG @nnchantedofficial!
